Boot Camp is every Tuesday & Friday, a popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training.
The class is designed to keep you guessing, and aims to challenge you differently every time. The instructor's goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation.
