Ladies' Golf Team Play

Ladies' Golf B Team Play is a fun and supportive environment. In learning rules for match play & scoring and playing other courses, we will be making new friends!

The Sunset Hills CC Ladies' B Team Play was formed with the idea of a Match Play format between Clubs. The league is looking forward to the upcoming 2015 season. The league matches begin in June. For more information, please contact the Pro Shop (805) 495-5407

Body Conditioning is every Tuesday and Friday poolside at 8:00 a.m. The class focuses on strength and muscular endurance. These classes will help to develop a strong and toned physique. The class is designed to help firm up your arms and legs. It can also help to improve your general cardiovascular workout routine which can increase your endurance levels.

Bored with your workout? Try Aqua Fitness for a fun and challenging workout in the pool. Any age can perform water aerobics; the water causes your body to be buoyant, thus causing less strain and stress on your joints and muscles.
